Price

Prices are indicated in euros and do not include the shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.

 

Payment

Different payment methods are available: Credit cards (visa, mastercard, amex) and paypal.

All information is encrypted using ssl encryption, which allows a secure transaction. Your banking information is never in my possession. Transactions are handled entirely by stripe or Paypal.

Returns

We only accept exchanges for products and do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to exchange the ordered item intact (the date indicated by the carrier being taken as proof).

In case of an exchange request, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging.
